The department of Employment Law of WAN Avocats supports companies, executives, and HR departments in the day-to-day and strategic management of employment relations, in both advisory and litigation matters.
Our team handles all issues related to individual and collective employment relations, social security, and executive liability.
We provide assistance in particular in the following areas:
• Individual employment relations : recruitment, employment contracts, remuneration, working time, leave, disciplinary matters, training, employee mobility and secondment, termination of employment (individual or collective redundancies, voluntary departure plans, etc.), and negotiated departures;
• collective employment relations : relations with employee representative bodies, trade unions and administrative authorities; negotiation and implementation of collective agreements; prevention and management of collective disputes;
• employee participation and share ownership : savings plans, profit-sharing schemes, incentive plans, stock options;
