Maxime BUCHET has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2001.
He has developed a broad legal and tax practice in some of the most renowned firms in Paris. He is particularly involved in acquisition and restructuring operations, group taxation, as well as real estate and asset transactions.
His varied experience, including a secondment to a CAC 40 company, allows him to provide his clients with pragmatic and transversal solutions.
He is the author of numerous articles published in leading legal and economic journals, such as La Revue Droit Fiscal, Les Echos and Option Finance. Maxime works in French and English.
