Maxime DUFOUR holds a PhD in private law from the University of Bordeaux. He also holds a Master 2 in Advanced Private Law – Business Law and a Master 2 in International Law from the same university.
Before starting his collaboration, he completed an internship at Wilhelm & Associés and worked as a lawyer in business law at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris – Île-de-France.
Maxime DUFOUR works alongside Hervé OLIEL, both in advisory and pre-litigation and litigation matters, in matters of restructuring of groups of companies, corporate governance, shareholder reorganizations, shareholder conflicts and corporate equity transactions.
He also advises on corporate taxation, dealing with corporate income tax (CIT) and VAT issues, securing and optimising restructuring and reorganisation operations for tax purposes, as well as transfer pricing.
In wealth taxation, he provides his expertise in income tax (IR) and real estate wealth tax (IFI), the preparation of tax returns for residents and non-residents, the regularization of assets held abroad, the taxation of Retirement Savings Plans (PER), as well as on issues of transmission, inheritance and real estate taxation.
He works in both French and English.
