Isabelle WEKSTEIN-STEG was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1986, and is a Registered European Lawyer since 2012.

Isabelle WEKSTEIN-STEG is the founding partner of the firm. She holds a DEA in business law and is a certified specialist in Intellectual Property.

She regularly represents press organizations, audiovisual groups, performing rights associations, TV broadcasters, online platforms as well as artists and producers from the whole creative and artistic sector.

She also advises banks, investment funds and corporate groups on mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions, particularly in the media sector.

Isabelle regularly represents financial institutions and individuals in leading international financial litigation matters, such as the Madoff fraud litigation.

Isabelle has appeared on numerous occasions before the European Commission and the European Court of Justice in major mergers and has extensive experience in French and European competition law.

She also advises her clients in social matters, with a dedicated team.

For more than fifteen years, Isabelle has devoted time to the fight against racism, antisemitism, the advancement of citizenship and education and the support of initiatives for Judeo-Arab coexistence in France and the Middle East.
