Anthony DEMRI has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2012. Holder of a Master 2 in Business Law – specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions and Financing from the University of Évry Val d'Essonne, he began his career in firms specialising in M&A, corporate, commercial litigation and insolvency proceedings, before joining WAN Avocats. He works alongside Hervé OLIEL, both in advisory and pre-litigation matters, in particular in the restructuring of groups of companies, corporate governance, shareholder reorganizations and corporate equity transactions.

Anthony DEMRI has acquired a solid expertise in corporate law, enabling him to assist company directors on a daily basis at each stage of their corporate life: from the creation of their structure (choice of corporate form, corporate status of the director) to growth, restructuring or sale operations. He works in both French and English.
