Marion LEBRETON has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2018.

An associate in the corporate department, she holds a Master's degree in Business Law and a Master's degree in Banking and Securities and Exchange from the University of Le Mans.

Before joining WAN Avocats, Marion developed an expertise in corporate law and restructuring in Anglo-Saxon law firms, as well as in insolvency law in a firm of judicial representatives.

She advises and litigates in corporate law, corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings. Marion works in French and English.
