Maxime DUFOUR holds a PhD in Private Law from the University of Bordeaux. He also earned a Masters’ degree in Advanced Private Law with a specialization in Business Law and a Masters’ degree in International Law from the University of Bordeaux.

Prior to joining WAN, he acquired experience in a law firm (Wilhelm & Associés) and worked as in-house counsel in business law at the Paris Ile-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Maxime works alongside Hervé OLIEL on matters related to corporate group restructuring, corporate governance, shareholders reorganizations, shareholders disputes and corporate equity transactions (corporate advice and pre-litigation and litigation services).

Maxime works in French as well as in English.
