Chlomo HARROS was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017.

He holds a Masters’ degree in Tax Law from the University of Paris I – Panthéon- Sorbonne.

Chlomo works alongside Hervé OLIEL in the field of corporate taxation (handling recurring tax issues in the field of corporate income tax and VAT, tax security and optimization of restructuring operations and company reorganizations, implementation of management package schemes, optimization of tax credits) as well as on matters related to wealth taxation (income tax, transfers & successions, property tax, IR/IFI declarations for French residents and non-residents, leveraged family transactions, regularization of assets abroad, etc.).

He assists clients both at the pre-litigation (assistance with tax audits, negotiation, transaction with tax authorities, drafting of contentious claims…) and the litigation stage (representation before all administrative bodies and judicial courts, collection disputes…).

Prior to joining WAN Avocats, he worked in the Tax department of an Anglo-Saxon law firm.

Chlomo works in French as well as in English.
