Notons que ce contrat est institu\u00e9 \u00e0 titre exp\u00e9rimental pendant une p\u00e9riode de 5 ans et n\u2019est pas codifi\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Le \u00ab CDD-OD \u00bb peut \u00eatre rompu par l\u2019une ou l\u2019autre partie, pour un motif r\u00e9el et s\u00e9rieux, au bout de 18 mois puis \u00e0 la date anniversaire du contrat.
