A specialist in criminal law and criminal procedure, she joined WAN Avocats as a consultant fifteen years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She is mainly involved in issues of criminal procedure and judicial strategy, business criminal law, criminal labour law and the criminal liability of directors and legal persons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9lisabeth FORTIS is also co-author of the book \"Droit p\u00e9nal du travail\" (LexisNexis), as well as the author of numerous columns and case law notes.
