Holder of a Master 2 in Business Law \u2013 specialising in Mergers &amp; Acquisitions and Financing from the University of \u00c9vry Val d'Essonne, he began his career in firms specialising in M&amp;A, corporate, commercial litigation and insolvency proceedings, before joining WAN Avocats. He works alongside Herv\u00e9 OLIEL, both in advisory and pre-litigation matters, in particular in the restructuring of groups of companies, corporate governance, shareholder reorganizations and corporate equity transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anthony DEMRI has acquired a solid expertise in corporate law, enabling him to assist company directors on a daily basis at each stage of their corporate life: from the creation of their structure (choice of corporate form, corporate status of the director) to growth, restructuring or sale operations.
